Book published: Why Religion and Spirituality Matter for Public Health

In 2018, members of the Viewscreen project published the groundbreaking book Why Religion and Spirituality Matter for Public Health: Evidence, Implications, and Resources. From the perspective of every major public health subfield, this book contains 13 chapters of empirical reviews of evidence relating religion/spirituality to health. The book also contains chapters about the implications of spirituality and religion for public health practice, and chapters describing courses on religion/spirituality and public health that have been taught at seven leading schools of public health.
